Hope this is okay, I come with bunnies because my brain refuses to stop spinning with fic ideas that I don't have time for lol.

1. Sam gets a hernia from a hunt.

Oooh, I had a very similar bunny to the first one I wanted to pawn off on someone else. Only I wanted Sam's hernia to come from carrying Dean back from a hunt.
