Season 1/Gen: Sam has a severe allergy to bees and a worse phobia. Dean's just been knocked down into a truly monsterous sized apiary. He can't get up. Sam's not sure he's breathing and the bees sound angry in their little boxes. He has to get Dean, he can't just leave him there, but something starts opening the hives as Sam approaches.
