Wouldn't you like to adopt an episode of Supernatural and put your own mark on it?  We've got less than twenty episodes left to claim and would love for you to join us.  We're looking for creative people who want to write a tag (or missing scene), create a banner and/or icons, or put together a vid.  And it's all for a good cause--showing Sam support as he enters the next phase of his journey.
