The only posts I ever lock are those that are NC-17, and personal entries. Otherwise my fics are unlocked. :)

The one to your regular journal is working now (for some reason, it was giving me a 404 earlier), but your fic journal is still saying "Access Denied," which means that it's locked.

Not a clue. I have other folks that can access the fic journal just fine, and I don't have any of my fics locked.
