I am in love with pretty much anything by Disasteriffic Kaz (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/3471025/Disasteriffic_Kaz).My latest favorite of hers is Stone Cold Crazy (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8986909/1/Stone-Cold-Crazy).
Another one that was a big favorite of mine over christmas was KKBELVIS' Beware of The (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8811600/1/Beware-Of-The).
If you want something a little more cracky and a little less angsty, I would recommend Lampito's It Don't End With Blood (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7919589/1/It-Don-t-End-With-Blood) or Pack up Your Troubles (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/8023129/1/Pack-Up-Your-Troubles). Total crack but they still contain some pretty good hurt!Sam.
I also really like Menthol Pixie. She has this fixation with shaving Sam's head. One of the best is Nothing Says I Love You Like a Stupid Hat (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7485357/1/Nothing-Says-I-Love-You-Like-a-Stupid-Hat).
Hopefully some of those are new!
