→ Leave a comment here with your fic and/or art prompt. This is a Sam-focused hurt/comfort community, so Sam should be the one in the hurt/comforted role. Your prompts may involve sick!Sam, hurt!Sam, angsty!Sam, basically anything that results in Sam being on the receiving end of hurt/comfort. (No rules against whumping other characters as well, of course, but you have to whump Sam first. ;) )
→ In your prompt, please state your desired characters or pairings and medium (fic or art). All genres/pairings welcome, but no real-person (RPF) prompts.

It shouldn't have been a big deal. Dean and Sam had squatted in boarded up houses plenty of times. This shouldn't have been any different. This time, though, they needed a warded room. Before it could be warded, though, the walls and floors had to be cleaned. Dean left the cleaning and warding to Mr. Neat Freak OCD symbol dictionary and went out to interview witnesses. It isn't until weeks later that the symptoms start, and it isn't until days after that, when Sam can't breathe, that they finally understand the consequences. Hanta virus.

For the time being, with the accumulation of violations, he doesn't want to invite anyone across his body boundaries, period, but even if that changes, that's no longer a possibility for him with Dean. How do he and Dean work out proximity and forgiveness in the shadow of a no longer tenable past involvement? If you wish, let Sam go on to a tentative sexual relationship with someone else (Cas or not!dead!damn!it!Kevin or Jody would be my favorite picks), and look at how Sam and Dean's relationship weathers that development. Basically, I want to see Sam's sexuality impacted by his experience of body/self/consent violations, combined with post-wincest Sam n Dean.

Curious as to why they are different he draws on on the floor but when he tries to cross through it, he finds himself trapped. Trying to not panic as he waits for Dean to get back to the Batcave, Sam realizes that he feels exhausted and the longer he's in the trap the weaker he gets, these traps were designed to weaken demons not just hold them.

Sam gets cursed/hexed/whatever to turn into a kitten every time he gets upset/angry/whatever-emotion-you-choose. Dean thinks having a fluffy little were-kitten for a brother is hilarious, and amuses himself by trying to startle Sam on the odd occasion just to watch it happen - but one day he legitimately upsets Sam enough for him to transform, and then can't find him afterwards.

“I didn’t obey.”

“And?” Dean prods.

“And?” He repeats.

Dean’s sigh is possibly the worst sound he’s heard.

“And you didn’t keep yourself safe. If I hadn’t found you when I did, you’re arms would’ve been hanging out of your sockets by now.” The words are accompanied by gentle fingers rubbing circles into his shoulders.

“And the hook would have torn me.” Sam offers after a beat.

“Yeah,” Dean admitted, “Still can’t believe you let him put that thing in your ass.”

Sam shrugged, refusing to mention that the man had not taken his permission before inserting the anal-hook.

“How’s your throat?”

“Okay.” Sam answered instinctively, a bit surprised that the promised spanking wasn’t coming yet. The words had barely formed when a sharp hit landed across his vulnerable backside.

“The truth, Sam”

“Sore,” He admitted grudgingly, his hands now trapped high on his back when they’d flown in reaction to the sting of Dean’s hit and been trapped by his brother’s free hand.

“Breathing a problem?”

He shook his head mutely.

“Okay then; this is how it’s going to happen.” Dean told him, shifting him slightly to re-position him and Sam tensed, knowing Dean was gearing up to beat him raw in the earnest now.

“I’m going to deliver twenty swats- Five for each of your three possible injuries from earlier today and five for disobeying me.”

Sam nodded miserably. Given how strong Dean’s arm was, he guessed he wouldn’t be doing much sitting the next day.

“And I want you to count. But most importantly, Sam; if at any point things become too much for you, I want you to safe-word out; alright? There’s no shame in using your safe-word.”

He nodded his acceptance.

Dean resumed massaging the still stinging skin of his derrière, kneading the muscles till they relaxed. “For tonight I’m going to be using my hand... And maybe tomorrow we can go and pick out a proper paddle for you. How does that sound?”

Sam felt his skin flame at the words, imagining the mortification of having to pick out an implement for his punishment.

“Also, we could see about setting up a daily disciple session for you; keep a tally of any infarctions and add it to the daily score. How does that sound, hmm?”

Sam fidgeted at the words, relaxing as he realized Dean was planning long-term and that he wouldn’t have to go hunting for men to do this for him again.

“But I’m getting ahead of myself, I guess. Let’s get your first set over with, alright? Ready?”

Sam nodded; trying to relax his muscles for the blow and tensing anyway when the sharp smack landed right on his sit-spot.

“Count it out, Sammy.” Dean reminded.

“One,”

The second stroke fell on his other cheek and Sam had to grab Dean’s leg to stop himself from falling forward with the force of the hit, “T-Two.”

By the fifth hit, the whole area from his lower back to the tops of his thighs was tingling. Dean’s blows were nowhere near to what he was capable of; but nevertheless they hurt enough to make him wonder how he would ever endure twenty of them.

By the tenth hit, Dean’s arm across his waist was the only thing keeping him from falling off.

By the fifteenth hit, he had long since given up trying to keep track of the count; too busy crying and howling in pain to even think of maintaining his register. And despite the ache he could feel radiating from the abused area, it never even crossed his mind to use his safe word- the pain liberating in a way he could not express.

By the time the twentieth blow landed, he was reduced to incoherent pleas and full-out sobbing. Sam was too out of it to even realize when the spanking stopped or when he was cradled in his big brother’s comforting arms. It was only when Dean began rubbing some soothing ointment into the sore muscles that he came back to himself; docilely curling into his dom’s hold when Dean pulled him closer.

The knowledge that his face was wet with snot and tears was almost as bad as the realisation that hiccupping sobs were still wracking his frame occasionally.

“Sshh... it’ll be fine... I’ve got you.”

He let out a low sound of satisfaction at that, burrowing closer to hide his face in his brother’s neck.

“Okay?” Dean whispered.

He nodded, reluctantly detangling from that secure hold, moaning in surprise when Dean refused to let go and pulled him closer.

“Hungry?” His brother asked after a moment.

He nodded briefly, having forgotten about their waiting diner till that moment.

“Alright; sit tight.” Dean told; shifting away to fetch the cartons and a clean wash-cloth to clean Sam’s face.

It was only when his brother rose that he noticed the impressive bulge to the front of his jeans. “Dean?”

His brother shook his head, returning with the food and placing it on the side table to clean Sam face before joining him again, “This isn’t about me, Sammy. Don’t worry ‘bout it.”

He relaxed against the firm chest and accepted being fed, smiling when he realized that Dean wasn’t even trying to alleviate his arousal by rubbing against him.

“Dean-”

“Was this okay, Sam?” His brother repeated as he put the cartons and forks away.

“Yeah, more than.”

“So... you wanna continue or-”

“Continue.” He interrupted.

Dean smiled, relaxing, “Nothing hurts too bad, right?”

He shook his head, eyes still on that rapidly reducing bulge. Maybe someday he would be brave enough to ask and Dean would let him help with that. But for now, snuggling up next to his dom was exactly what he needed.
