This is eventually going to be an FAQ post. Only, as of right now, there aren't any FAQs. So go ahead and ask questions, and we will do our best to answer them. We will then compile the likely-looking questions into an FAQ, and continue answering the others as they crop up.

And I have a for real question this time!

Is is all right to post discussion posts here? It would be spoiler heavy as it deals with Friday's episode, but I'd put it behind a cut and stuff. If not I totally get it. :)

The comm is a fic/art-focused one, so we don't really have discussion posts. I'd rather you either put it up in your own LJ or in a community that allows for it. :)

Sure, as long as you think at least some of the prompts will focus on putting Sam in the receiving role of h/c. :)

There definitely should be some prompts. I can't imagine that being in prison would be good for Sam's mental wellbeing.

Yup, one long post works. Just add all the relevant tags and you're good!

There's no hard-and-fast rule, but if you're going to be posting more than, say, three entries in a row, then a single post is probably your best bet so the comm doesn't get flooded, yes. :)

Absolutely! Though we ask that you warn for it. If it spoils your plot, then you may grey out the text or put the warning behind a cut, or keep the warning on your own LJ if you'd prefer. :)

Hi there mods,
I have a quick question. I own all the SPN novels and have finished reading them. Given that I have no room to keep them, I wanted to make a post, offering them for free to whomever came forward. I thought of limiting people to just two, to keep things fair, and I would pay the postage (sort of my good karma towards the wonderful SPN fan community) Would you permit this post? Okay, sorry about the delay, here.

We discussed it, debated it back and forth, and have decided that even though it's a great idea and we totally applaud your decision to share the joy, the post wouldn't at all fall within the comm guidelines and would better belong in one of the more general interest SPN comms.
