Sam is sick and miserable all day, but as they day goes on, he gets worse, and eventually spikes a really high fever. So Sam is all loopy and super feverish, and Dean is torn between doing what John wants to do, and giving John a call and just demanding that they stop somewhere and take care of Sam.”
