As such, I thought we could do something a little different this time. Instead of straight-up comment-fic, I am opening up this post for all our members to post a Sam-related wish list. It could be fic, art, icons, podfic, anything at all! Just keep it Sam-focused, so we stay within the parameters of the community. This time around, you may request stuff that isn't strictly speaking h/c, so we can have a little latitude to play with our prompts. Still, no RPF/RPS, and please keep it all about Sam. :)

THEN, and this is the important part, go check out other people's wish lists, and see if you can't fulfill someone else's dream! There is no limit on requests or fills, and we would love it if you posted your creations to the comm so we can all share in the gloriousness of Sam!

A bit about yourself: I'm a student, writer, amateur linguist, hopeful future bilingual Chinese-English speaker, and anxiety sufferer. Also probably one of the youngest people on this comm, whomp.
What I'd love to receive:
*Season 1 fic. PLEASE. There is not enough, and S1 is my favorite season by far. Or, AUs that diverge from S1.
*Concussion fic. Like, hardcore, can't remember anything, totally loopy, really sick -- that sort of thing.
*Any sort of mental illness, really. I like Sam best when he's crazy, or brainsick in some way.
*This one is kind of weird, but brainwashing/conditioning recovery would be awesome. Don't necessarily need to show it as it happens, but the aftermath would be great.
*I generally prefer fic to art, but anything would be absolutely awesome!

• I would love something that deals with Dean remembering how messed up and desperate Sam was during the events of In My Time of Dying (I was so excited Show finally made Dean remember but they moved on right away (and I still find it hard to believe Sam made it out of the wreck uninjured)


• Sam desperate for forgiveness during season 5 but not thinking he deserves it


• the boys figuring out they were manipulated by Zach in Heaven


• Sam being hunted


• Sam and Bobby reconnecting after the soulessness

Squicks or triggers you'd like your gifter to avoid: I only read gen and definitely prefer comfort after the hurt (so no permanent deaths).

A bit about yourself: I am pretty intensely boring. I love Sam Winchester and his big brother Dean. I drink a lot of Dr. Pepper.
What I'd love to receive:

1. Sam wanting to be punished during Season 5 and finding a way to manage it pretty spectacularly. And I'm a total slash fan, so I'd prefer either Sam/Dean or Cas/Sam.

2. Kind of along the same lines, but those hunters from Season 5 getting one up on Sam and managing to capture him, trying to torture him into drinking demon blood and giving into his powers again in order to win a war they don't know all the details of. Gen or slash is totally awesome. :)

Squicks or triggers you'd like your gifter to avoid: mpreg, watersports/scat/roman showers etc.

A bit about yourself: I am an unrepentant H/C whore. I enjoy beating the bajeesus out of my favorite characters, then watching my OTHER favorite characters patch them up. If you've ever read ANY of my fic or prompts, you know this already. ;) I'm also a hardcore animal-lover, vegetarian since I was 8 (21 years!!), and I love all things crafty/DIY/artistic. I paint, photograph, draw, knit, sew, and will pretty much try my hand at any crafty thing at least once. :)
What I'd love to receive: I much prefer fic, as it's my favorite medium for H/C (I love plot!). For specifics:

*Anything involving drowned!Sam. I can't help it - I love watery peril LOL. Details are up to you, but I would love Sam being trapped/dragged underwater by something, and Dean having to search for him underwater or struggle to free him while the seconds tick by and he gets more and more frantic. Extra bonus points for CPR.

*All of the canon seizures that Sam has end up doing real damage to his brain, and he develops plain ol' non-supernatural epilepsy. At first, Dean is freaking out because he thinks it's hell seizures or something supernatural. Then he's freaking out because they realize it's medical, and Dean is even less equipped to deal with medical issues than he is with the supernatural. At least the supernatural he can fight back against. But now Sammy is on meds that make him shaky and sleepy, and they can't get the dosage right so he keeps having seizures, and Dean can't do anything to help. Bonus points for Sam having complex partial seizures in addition to the standard grand-mal seizures (complex partial can make someone seem drunk, out of it, spacing out, repetitive motions, etc).

*Teen!Sam (no younger than 16 please) has a super-high fever. Sweating, chills, fever dreams, hallucinations, etc. John is away, and Dean has to care for sick!Sammy by himself. Sam's fever won't go down and it's dangerously high (you can include febrile seizures if you want!), and for whatever reason the hospital is not an option, so Dean has to take care of things on his own. While feverish, Sam confuses where/when he is and flashes back to a traumatic memory. He inadvertently reveals this memory/trauma to Dean while freaking out, caught in the bad memories. Dean is distraught that ___ happened and he didn't know/protect Sammy, and that Sammy didn't tell him about it. Once Sammy's fever is FINALLY down, Dean confronts a weakened and shaky Sam about ____ and makes him reveal the whole story. (I feel like a bad person for saying it, but I would prefer for the traumatic memory to be someone (NOT family!) sexually abusing/assaulting Sam).

*See reply comment for my last prompt, because I am WAY TOO FUCKING WORDY and went over the stupid, stupid, hair-pulling-out character limit. *facepalm*

Squicks or triggers you'd like your gifter to avoid: Main character death, abusive John/Dean/Bobby, unhappy endings, don't really care for hospital fics/scenes (prefer the boys to patch each other up, even when it's serious), NO Dean/Cas, and I really don't like overly-woobie Sam who cries like a parochial schoolgirl or collapses enough to warrent having his own fainting couch. I like My Sammy tough even while he's falling apart, if that makes sense.

I keep arguing with people over on SpoilerTV about Sam's lack of story this season, the lack of Sam POV the last few seasons, etc. It pisses me off SO MUCH, and there's some seriously ig'nant peeps over there and some Sam-hater Dean-girls who I want to throttle with the combined rage of every baddie that's ever strangled Sam LOL. BUT I CAN'T HELP MYSELF. I can't just let the ignorance stand - I have to speak up and say UM, NO, ACTUALLY, THAT'S BULLSHIT whenever they start hating on Sam or claiming that he gets all the plot.

*Curtain-fic, where Dean and Sam settle down somewhere rural and peaceful and say "fuck it" to the hunting and the whole messed up world after Sam loses an arm in a hunt gone bad (or he can permanently mess up his knee/leg instead if you're squicked by limb loss). Sam gardens, Dean works on vintage cars and makes a living at it, they make some friends with the neighbors, Dean does odd jobs for the sweet elderly couple next door, Sam learns to cook, etc. But what I'd really like to see is the first few weeks/months of their new life, as they're just settling in, when Sam is still pretty traumatized and messed up, and (this is the important part of the prompt - a must-have!) SAM FINDS AN ABANDONED LITTER OF TINY KITTENS, AND ADOPTS THEM. :D He bottle-feeds them, names them, snuggles them, and totally falls in love with their furry little selves. Dean pretends to be annoyed, but ends up wrapped around their little paws as well (maybe one in particular really bonds with him?). It's a small litter (maybe four?) and they keep all of them. The unconditional love and adorableness of kittens helps messed-up!Sammy heal (because no one can be unhappy around kittens - this is a scientific fact). Cute domestic scenes with Sam and Dean napping in the living room and the cats all curled up on them, please. <3 Sorry for the randomness and borderline crackiness/cuteness. I did mention I'm a crazy animal lover, right? My two rescued kitties (both abuse survivors) are currently curled up on the couch with me, so I couldn't resist. They insisted that there's not enough cats in fandom, and forced me to make this prompt in their honor. <3

3: Pre-series I'd like to see Sam going to Bobby for help, he feels he can't talk to John or Dean about something. I'd love to see Bobby going super protective and beating someone up.

4: Sam and Dean investigate a series of bizarre sexual assaults. This affects them due to their own terrible experiences in hell. They both start to crack up.

5: Sam was separated from his brother for over 100 years in the cage. Thats a long time. When the wall falls he remembers just how much he missed Dean. it's like he just got back.
