The rape happened a long time before Sam was killed by Cas. More about that later.
And the soul is... well, I'm not telling! Heh. It'll be a while before that reveal, though.

I tend to take notes about what I want to tell while I'm reading each chapter! and since it had so many information about Sammy I had a lot of things to say!
I promise I'm trying to be concise, but I cannot guarantee my comments will be much shorter it since the story keeps getting better and better every chapter!

Some of the chapters to come won't have any Sam in them, anyway. (Except for further information via Castiel, of course.) Altogether, I have only four flashbacks like this planned.
