Because someone said Yes when they should have said No, and someone else paid the price.

I am sooooooo happy that we finally have Dean back. Well a more recognizable Dean in his interactions and caring of Sam then before. It was hard to read the parts where he didn't care. And - OMG - they got Sammy, I can't believe they really have Sammy! That Sam is alive and so brave to keep saying no. Yes, horribly hurt but still alive. Although awk, poor Sam, I don't think he took any comfort from seeing Dean for those precious seconds that Dean held him before the explosion. I am not sure Sam knew he was being rescued; Micheal did so much damage but I don't care, I am glad Dean got his brother back and can now, hopefully, try to help him and in doing so, help himself.

Oh man, I was so happy to see this. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Can't wait to see what happens next.
