Title: Return to Sender
Author: [info]mamapranayama
Rating: PG-13
Genre: Gen
Category: angst, hurt/comfort
Word Count: 5,300
Spoilers: 7x23
Summary:  Dean and Cas are back to reunite with Sam, but they've still been gone long enough for Sam to become desperate.

A/N: This is a sequel to another post 7x23 story I wrote called El Jesús de la Montaña and reading that story first would be essential to understanding this one. I usually don't write sequels, but this one is more like it's just the next chapter that I should have wrote with the first story.

*****I also want to give a big shout out and thank-you to [info]ephemerall for beta'ing this and for being so encouraging and a great friend -- thanks, Hon!!!!!

I'm new to the LJ Community, so I'm not sure if this is how you post prompts or 'plot bunnies' up for adoption. But, here it goes...

Sam was diagnosed with a heart condition while at Stanford, he never told Dean when they resumed hunting because he was afraid
Dean would see him as weak or as a liability. He hides his meds and all the trouble and pain he has from this condition extremely well. Until one day when Dean is yelling at him (Metamorphosis episode or something else) and the stress causes him to have severe chest pains that he can't hide. Thus revealing his condition. Dean feels extremely guilty and starts majorly mother henning him. Constantly feeling his heartbeat, making sure he takes meds, etc etc....  No Wincest please, just some good ol' brotherly love,  fluff and "chick flick moments". Including Bobby would be great too. I would love for this to be a multi-chapter story.   Anybody up for this challenge? :)
