Summary: Sam and Amelia go for a walk in the snow. It doesn't exactly end well. More or less fills
Amelia is a hallucination. And for Christmas/New Years/whatever, Sam goes out on a moonlight walk with her. It's cold, but not very, that is until Amelia disappears and so does the coat of hers that he was wearing and he suddenly realizes his fingers and toes are practically falling off and his nose is running and... and he's just so tired and cold... but something bad must have happened to Amelia, and he wanders around looking for her with increasing desperation, not paying attention as hypothermia sets in...
Warnings: Spoilers for 8.1, as well as very very light spoilers through 8.6. Will probably get Carvered at some point.
Wordcount: 1,540
Disclaimer: this is not my beautiful boy and this story has nothing to do with the show.
A/N: title is shamelessly lifted from a song by Dredg.
A/N2: One line in this is taken directly from
