No reason to worry about this fic at all - it's adorable in that "oh, hey, Supernatural, let's hunt ghosts and get thrown around, but be cheeky and cute while we do it!" kind of way.
It occurs to me, I've never given Sam a respiratory issue personally. Dean, well, there was that last asthma attack and I either collapsed a lung or thought about it really hard, but Sammy. Hmm. Note to self. *sigh* Special hell, yadda yadda and etc. *G*
