Prompt: After 7.14, Dean insists on helping Sam clean off the glitter, even though he keep insisting he can do it himself. (Maybe Dean doesn't want his brother walking around shedding glitter everywhere...) He discovers that Sam actually is injured, and has been hiding it. (cuts requiring stitches, and possibly getting infected, are my injury of choice, but feel free to do whatever your heart desires.) Cue lots of tender!caring!concerned!Dean.
Bonus points for a Sammy breakdown while Dean is taking care of him because even though he said he wasn't traumatized, he totally was.
