Aw it's so sad to think that Sam thinks so little of himself that he doesn't even feel like he's worth saving.. Dean's not really helping either but at least when the time comes, he knows that there's no way he's giving up on his brother! good season 5 feel too! I'm glad they sorted things out somehow (at least deciding that Sam is not sacrificial meat for the angels :P) good job!
