Sam and Dean get kidnapped by a demon who decides it would be fun to give Sam a hunters funeral...whilst he is still alive. The problem is that the demon gets carried away taunting them both and Dean escapes before Sam dies. But Sam still doesn't escape a trip from the hospital. Cause mwahahahaha!!
