phreakycat's prompt at the H/C challenge: Sam cracks his pelvis somewhere remote. Dean must build a travois and pull Sam to help. Cue Sam in serious pain and battling shock while Dean talks and talks to keep him awake and distract him from the way every little root and pebble they hit feels like hot pokers in his hip.
