Fic Challenge Prompting Post!

Okay, from November 2nd to November 8th inclusively, leave your prompts here! Five prompts per participant only. You don't have to participate in the challenge to leave a prompt, although it is encouraged! I will compile a master list under the cut, along with claims. (You don't have to prompt in order to claim, either, for that matter, but again, it is encouraged!)

One prompt per comment, please. Warn for spoilers. Specify relevant pairings (if applicable) and if your prompt is gen, slash, het, other or if you don't mind either way. :)

After November 9th, prompting will be closed, and claiming commences until December 2nd, but you can post your stories at any time until February 2nd. I will compile a list and make the claiming post as early as possible on November 10th.

Wait a minute ...seeing the original prompt I have to ask
How did "Please no brain damage or loss of limps." result in a warning for the finished fic that made me skip the story???

Didn't you yourself put up the rule to "pay attention to any major squicks/dislikes your prompter may specify: if they’ve bothered to mention it, it means it’s important."

And yes, I'm only complaining because two people who's stories I usually love to read (and who are both in the circle of people I actually met in real life) work together on a story and of all the possible stories out there THAT awesome combination ends up in something I can't read. *sniff*

Uh, WOW.

1- I wrote the story as a fill fo sharp_teeth, which is a horror-themed challenge. Therefore, I did NOT break any of the ohsam rules, as I was not posting it as part of the fic challenge. Hell, I haven't even posted it here yet, and when I do, I will not be tagging it as belonging to the challenge.

2- The prompt at sharp_teeth contained no such instruction. Allow me to refer you to the link here (http://sharp-teeth.livejournal.com/7756.html?thread=1545036). So again, NO, I did not go against anything vail_kagami requested in her ORIGINAL prompt.

I just saw you as the one who claimed it on ohsam as well and thought the existing story was supposed to be a fill for both communities.

On the other hand - does that mean there will be another story from you for the prompt that will NOT result in the same warning as the other one did. ^^ *hope*

I'm leaving the prompt open for other claims. I think a few other people have expressed interest in writing it. I think I've reached my quota of hitting-Sam-with-cars for a while. :P

Too bad. Would have loved to see another version of it from you - without the dying obviously. As I mentioned before, I DO think it's about time Dean's drinking and driving is adressed. It bugs the hell out of me.

And sorry if my complaint above annoyed the hell out of you. I hadn't realized that the prompt wasn't exactly the same in the other community. And in a way it's just me trying to find a loophole and crying about wanting a redo after not getting what I want (we all have our kiddie-tantrums sometime).

That's the problem with the written word. I think if we would have sat next to eachother so I would have said the same thing that I wrote, you would have taken it a lot differently. Simply the intonation (that cbviously was just in my head and always gets lost in the written version) would have made it clearer how it was supposed to be meant.
