Summary: This was written for anonymous' prompt at the ohsam comment-fic meme: I was watching a clip of ER. Cue obvious prompt about a traumatized, unresponsive Sam being wheeled in / carried in and Compassionate Yet Somewhat Jaded Medical Staff Members trying to work out what's wrong with him. Except on this occasion, the problem is not so much physical (or not just physical). Could be PTSD, Post-Wall, a case-related breakdown, shock... Either way, Sam is alone, no ID, not communicating, something is very wrong, and they try to figure it out. Or, you know, they just hold his giant hand and comfort him, that works, too.
Author's Note: It's a kind of a crossover with ER in that I used some of the characters from that show, but you don't need to have seen any of ER to follow this!
