ohsam comment-fic meme: In 7x17, Sam is dying and Dean has nowhere else to turn. He is remembering the past when he suddenly realizes that there is one place that Sam has always been able to sleep. So he sneaks Sam out of the hospital and they go find the Impala. I want a tearful reunion and Dean driving around for hours, letting Sam sleep. Bonus points for Sam curling up on the seat with his head resting on Dean's thigh.
