Basically, Sam wanted to die even before the angel possession so why would that be any different now? Castiel is taking care of him back in the Batcave while Dean is on his own. But then Sam really needs Dean too.

I don't really know. Many antiviruses come with internet safety (like a firewall or a spyware). Some of them are free but then you get minimum protection, and some come with a price but are of a higher quality. You should check them out.
