Title: Insurmountable

Rating: PG-13 for language, blood, mentions of remembered torture and the infliction of it.
Word Count: 2,200
Summary: Sam is delirious and hallucinating with fever, and Dean has no idea what to do to help him. But he tries, because that's what big brothers do. Along the way, he realizes that his little brother struggles with the way he views himself, too.

Note: I can't get enough angsty H/C and cuddling and brotherly love. I've consumed all the wonderful offerings I can find here. It's about time I tried to give back. I'm not sure if this is anywhere near decent, but here it is, anyway: my humble offering to those, like me, who for whatever reason like to hurt the characters they love and then try to make it all better.
