Summary: Episode tag to 8x23. The rush towards the hospital is suddenly stopped by something unexpected. Dean has to deal with the time ticking, Sam fading, and things that need to be said, before it’s too late.
A/N: I combined a special mix of heatstroke and internal bleeding just for Sammy.

This was so beautiful and so achingly painful with the last lines being so affirming of each other and the place they both held out hope for and Sam giving Dean not just the Hope but the Confirmation of where to find him. Thank you this was lovely
