Summary: It's dangerous to hunt with the Devil in your head.

Author's Notes: Written for my Sam-Centric reader's prompts series on ffnet. The prompt was: Sam is struggling with post-hell issues, and the boys are on a case but something happens where Sam has to come through and save the day. The effects this has on Sam means that Dean has to take care of him, maybe because of a psychotic break or catatonia.
Warnings: body horror, reference to rape/non-con, disturbing imagery. It's really dark, okay?
