All the characters are spot on, I totally feel for Castiel here. But you can't expect us to go without complaining after ending with THAT sentence!

OMG, that cliffhanger!! Okay, I must admit I already knew Dean had said yes (I dunno why but I kind of assumed it) but that he did it in the green room with Sam looking???? that makes it ten thousand times worse!!!

And... I must admit all this talking about Sam being actually dead is getting to me. At first I was sure he couldn't be dead because Lucifer wouldn't let him, so I thought Castiel was simply hiding the truth from Dean. But then you said Castiel has been alone for 100 years!! so now I'm really scared, because I also remembered your drawing in which you mentioned that Sam, for whatever reason, would go to hell if he died. Lucifer can easily bring Sam back to life, but what if he doesn't want to? Maybe he wants to keep Sam's soul in hell, being tortured until he breaks, and then make sure that when he is revived he will say Yes. I really hope I'm wrong because in that case Sam is been in hell for 12000 years... and my skin crawls just thinking about it...

But if Sam's dead... what does Castiel have that both demos and angels want? mmm... maybe Sam's body? The amulet has crossed my mind too, but not sure what would be its use... Castiel has said that it has nothing to do with the end of the workd, but the fate of the world is at stake, right?

Also, I kind of want to smack Dean or maybe punch him until he sees reason, damn it! he is thinking all the time that some idiot said yes to Lucifer and that's why everything is destroyed, but I'm fairly sure that most of the destruction was done by Michael!! At least I'm glad he knows he can't trust Michael completely and he admited seeing him to Castiel... but he still doesn't realize he is a mole!! a trap in which Castiel has fallen knowingly!! I still love Castiel's conflicting feelings... he is risking everything for Dean, because he still considers him a friend, but at the same time he is totally unable to trust him, because he let them down once already.

By the way, maybe Michael doesn't lie, but he is very careful not to mention that the brother he is wearing at the moment is not the one who opened the cage. Everybody avoids mentioning Sam's name like the plague, so I'm sure as soon as Dean listen that name everything will come crashing back!

Oh, and you really surprised me when Castiel said that the promise he was keeping had been done to Dean. I was *so* sure it was a promise to Sam. Although I really hope now that Castiel has admited part of the truth to Dean, we will get to know more about what has happened to him during the last 200 years.

Another brilliant chapter that lets me craving for more!!

P.S: Is Jena really Lucifer? I can't help thinking she was an angel... and maybe Lucifer changed vessels in all this time since maybe Nick didn't last that long...

Let me just say, some of your ideas are correct and some aren't. The next chapter is going to answer a lot of your questions.

Also, there are a few long flashback coming that tell more about Cas and Sam's time without Dean.

Flashbacks!! Yay!! I want answers but I'm afraid of them... now you have me seriously scared for Sam... like rocking-back-and-forth-in-a-corner-scared...
